Great flexibility and communication - we had to change the times for a few of the visits and it was never a problem. We had some really hot days and the dogs got spoilt with frozen treats! Very lucky and happy dogs 😊

I’m always so nervous whenever we leave our girls anywhere and I hate being away from them, but they were so safe with Vanessa and she sent photos or videos every day which made it so much easier to just relax and enjoy our holiday. We will definitely be contacting Vanessa the next time we go away. I can tell they had a lovely time.
