From a very early age we have had dogs, cats and birds in our home and they are very much treated as extended members of the family each with their own personalities and quirks to work through.

When we moved to Christchurch we lived in a caravan for a while with our Budgie – Kilty

As soon as we built our home we adopted Herman a Doberman X from the RSPCA. After the earthquakes we adopted Bella a Ridgeback X as a way to give back to the community and as a companion for Herman, who has since passed and we still miss him. We have recently adopted a Chocolate Lab x Springer Spaniel he is the sweetest and both Dupes and Bella thrive when we have extra friends for them to interact with.
